What We Teach
Our training covers three essential life-saving skills in one comprehensive Red Cross certified course — open to everyone.
CPR
Everyone — Individuals, Families & TeamsLearn how to respond to cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Covers hands-only CPR and CPR with breaths so you're prepared to act confidently in any situation.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Everyone — Individuals, Families & TeamsLearn how to use an AED device to restore a normal heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest. AED training is included alongside CPR so you can respond to the full range of cardiac emergencies.
First Aid
Everyone — Individuals, Families & TeamsLearn how to respond to common emergencies including choking, bleeding, burns, sprains, and more. First aid skills give you the confidence to help someone in need until professional help arrives.
CPR, AED & First Aid — Combined Course
Individuals, Families, Businesses & OrganizationsOur full training covers CPR, AED use, and First Aid in one comprehensive session. Open to everyone — whether you're a parent, caregiver, employee, or community member who wants to be prepared.

Red Cross Certified Instructor
Our lead instructor holds the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification (r.25), valid through January 2028.
