What's Covered

Comprehensive Life-Saving Training

Our training programs are designed for real-world emergencies — practical, hands-on, and immediately applicable to everyday situations.

CPR & AED Training

Learn adult, child, and infant CPR techniques along with how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Certification valid for 2 years.

First Aid Certification

Covers wound care, burns, choking, fractures, and emergency response. Ideal for caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Red Cross Certified

All training is conducted in partnership with the American Red Cross. Participants receive an official Red Cross certification card upon completion.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer training sessions at our Hingham office and can arrange on-site training for organizations, businesses, and community groups.
